Join us at Meta Fitness Studio for our G.V.T. - LEG Day and start building the muscle you’ve always wanted. Alternating between strength focused German Volume Training set & our cardio focused MET-CON method, the class is designed to help you increase muscle mass in a short amount of time whilst improving your cardiovascular ability. This particular class focuses on building the leg muscles, but is also great for overall strength and conditioning. Come push yourself to new limits with our experienced trainers and leave feeling stronger than ever before.
